Reiki Attunements
Reiki, Japanese for “Universal Life Force.” is an energy healing practice. Reiki is taught in 3 levels - Reiki 1 (where you learn to heal and work with your ownself), 2 (where you can work on others), and Master. Similar to the way water flows through a facet, the Reiki practitioner is the faucet and Reiki is the water flowing into the client.
Partner Therapeutic Massage Lecture & Lab
The goal is to educate and empower participants to feel comfortable, knowledgable, and collaborative in their health and wellbeing.
During this partner massage session, Kate teaches her clients manual manipulation, discusses the anatomy of the body, and explains the techniques used.
